Samsung takes lead in the race in social media, social networks dominate with almost as many mentions as HTC, Nokia and LG together. Samsung has 49.8% of total volume, and get more answers than the other three brands combined.

Samsung also has a longer range on Twitter that the other competitors, almost double the second competitor, LG, to reach 47.1% share compared to 26.4% for LG.

Of course mentions alone are not enough. The sense of the terms is as important a landmark as the scope.

Earlier we saw that between Samsung, HTC, LG, Nokia, Samsung is by far the most successful social networks grouping almost as many mentions as the other three brands combined.

Almost 20% of the mentions were positive about Nokia, an impressive statistic. LG has negative másbajo level, only 3.8%, and HTC is having more complaints on social networks, more than 1 in 10 is negative mentions.
