2016 has been a crazy year for Websays:
- We improved our tools launching the Websays Dashboard 2.0 with all the changes you had asked us for (an early Christmas present).
- We merged with Zendesk, creating the “Social Contact Center”, thereby making relationships between companies and clients closer.
- It was also a year full of election talk. We predicted the BREXIT results, and the Spanish and Peruvian General Election results, thanks to analysis of public opinion on social media. We did not predict Bob Dylan’s Nobel Prize.
