Introducing the new Websays Communities, a new feature showing the communities of authors who talk about a brand, a topic or a hashtag, among others!?

WHAT IS WEBSAYS COMMUNITIES?
This new functionality displays, in node graph format (also called a node grouping), the authors participating in a conversation. The new functionality allows real time graphics to show how a conversation unfolds about a specific brand or topic, who generates mentions and who is mentioned to discover infinite behaviours and interactions.
You can also filter the conversation by any of the parameters offered by the dashboard, such as:
- Volume of the conversation: this way, you will be able to see the authors who have spoken about the brand at a certain moment and how they have related to each other.
- Topics or sentiment to understand better your haters and followers.
- Domain or location to understand who is responsible for the different behaviours in different locations or social groups.
To summarize, you can use Websays usual filters in this visual new feature to narrow the conversation so that only authors who have conversed in digital media on a specific topic, at a certain time, in a specific language, etc. are displayed.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
Websays Communities is in the form of a node graph, where these nodes are authors and the links indicate how they interrelate. Links between users represent direct mentions or retweets of an author’s content. The size of the nodes depends on the volume of mentions that each one has received. Selecting a node or author, the tool will show through links who has mentioned the selected node, that is, it will identify the community to which it belongs. Communities also reports how many times they have mentioned it using a number within their community nodes.
WHAT AND WHO IS THE TOOL USEFUL FOR?
? Influencers or opinion leaders
? Brand advocates
? Niche author communities
⚔️ Competitors
?? Influential media (digital portals, digital press, etc.)
Among others! In fact, depending on the filters and topics in which you limit the conversation about your profile on the dashboard, this tool can show you the communities of authors for the different characteristics that adapt to your needs as a brand. Thus, this functionality can be useful for any brand that wants to know and understand its audience, essential for any Community Manager.
