This year has been marked by change. The increased use of images on social media has given rise to the introduction of new analysis Systems, like Websays Logo Capture, which we count on to catch images.
Our desire to improve customer service-related matters made possible our integration with Zendesk, and our interest in the role of social media in a country’s political climate led us to make an approximate prediction of last December 17’s Chilean elections and a complete analysis of Catalonia’s December 21 elections, based on our monitoring of the conversation during the election campaigns.
Furthermore, the challenge to grow has shaken us to the core, forcing us to develop a new system that takes some getting used to, but which in 2018 we will stabilize and make fully functional.
